Grand Theft Auto 5: A new piece of artwork for GTA 5 has a big Breaking Bad vibe going on.
After many weeks of silence, Rockstar has finally released the first tangible piece of content about the upcoming Grand Theft Auto 5 in the form of official artwork. The piece of art is done in the same style as those for Grand Theft Auto 4, Max Payne 3, and other Rockstar titles.
The piece of art shows two armed characters emerging from a van, dressed in red overalls with "Bugstars" exterminator company patches on their chests. Both of them have gas masks equipped and are armed with assault rifles. Both characters are also carrying sling backpacks, presumably to load money or jewelry into during a heist attempt.
Fans of Breaking Bad may notice some similarities between the two depicted characters and Walter White and Jesse Pinkman.
The van's license plate reads "San Andreas, 88YZG127." It is unknown whether the van's registration has any significance. The van appears to be parked in a well-to-do commercial district in front of an "ANNA REX" boutique. It's a sunny day, and a plane producing contrails can be seen in the skies above.
Grand Theft Auto 5 has no release date, but Rockstar and Game Informer have both hinted that details about the game's platforms and release date will be announced in the magazine's upcoming December issue, slated for release next month.
Analysts like Michael Pachter predict that given the build-up of GTA 5's marketing over the holiday season, the game will be out sometime before March 2013. Given the timeline, there's a good chance that the game will be out on the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 and not a next-generation console.
Hopefully more content like the featured image will be released before then. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.
un buen juego
